hi as you know its a pain in the @ss to cut out new seals for brewing gear get your self one of these it makes life so easy :thumb: you get them from any craft shop or even e bay do a search for circle cutter in craft on ebay etc :thumb:

Looks good. what's the minimum diameter?

the circle cutter
when shut is 1/2 cm so you can cut a 1cm circle
at widest is 7.5 cm so you can cut a circle of 15cm circle
