Regular.
I brewed this golden ale a couple of weeks ago a recipe I had made in Brewfather.
I had planned to use the Safale -US05 yeast but somehow I picked up and used the Mangrove Jacks M44 West Coast yeast.
This was my 4th brew with the Brewzilla and the brew day went with out a hitch.
Thanks to Foxy for his info it was my first use of the whirlpool attachment.
Fermentation started after a day and was basically all done after about 4 days
OG 1051 (I aimed at 1.052 in my recipe in Brewfather)
FG 1.008
I dry hopped and have crashed. Im going to give it a bit longer before I put it in the keg.
So as its clearing it tastes very much like a larger. Tastes very similar to a czech pilsner I made. Its got a very clean taste. You can taste the hops but much like you can with a good craft lager.
In total used 100 grams of Chinook for 23L. I dry hopped with the last 40grams.
Im hoping this will be really nice once cleared and carbed.
