Nine weeks in the fridge and looking pretty good. Can still taste diacetyl but not strong so maybe it will condition out

I think I will bottle this next weekend now.

What does diacetyl taste like. Just so I know I am currently ramping the temp up on my Munich dunkel to prevent this and I haven't a clue what to look out for.
 
It’s 11 weeks today since I started conditioning my first AG lager in the fridge. It’s nice and clear but I’m not keen on the taste, the diacetyl is still there.

I’ve bottled it anyway this morning and hoping that over time the yeast cleans up and the flavour improves. I’m just going to keep this in my garage now and see what happens over time.
