I developed a taste for Sour Beers in France earlier this year ...

... but at £10.79 I think I will check out the Recipe section above (over 30 pages of recipes) for my beer and t'Internet for any other recipes I want to try. e.g. sourdough bread.

Save some of the yeast for your next brew and try bread and beer side by side...
