Hi guys, I was just wondering how one maintains sparge water at the correct temperature? I'll be using a Grainfather so the sparging process involves pouring jugs of heated water over the grains. I was thinking of getting one of those catering urns with a temperature control on it. (I'm assuming that would do a pretty good job.) In the absence of such a device, how would one go about it using standard household equipment (big pot and stove) and how on the money does the water temp need to be? Any top tips much appreciated.
