Hi all, just made a chateau de roi 30 bottle kit but managed to spill 1/4 of the yeast opening the sachet ( I know should have used scissors) will I still get a decent brew out of this or do I need to go and get another yeast sachet from wilkos ?

Spilled a 1/4 of it you say.
That should be no problem.

yeast are not static in wine,They multiply and will soon make up the numbers and more, much more in fact.

The only thing less yeast does is cause it to take a little longer to start fermenting. In the past I've taken samples of wine with yeast I've run out of, poured the sample into what I want to ferment and a day or two later it was fermenting. You only need enough yeast to outpace any possible infections of wild yeasts, fungi or bacteria (most of which can't grow once the CO2 from the yeast displaces the oxygen inside the fermenter).
