Yeah. It clumps up as soon as it comes into contact with liquid. Keep stirring and it'll break up and dissolve.

Its extremely hygroscopic.
Leave it out in the open for a while and you can almost see it suck the moisture in.

Try and taste it, it will weld your gob shut. So tasty though

No need to stir, leave in cold water for 10 mins or so and it sorts itself out. As for solidify errr that would be an interesting waste of 3-6 quid to find out lol

On the few time I used it, it reminded me of trying to mix Cascamite. Had much the same effect as I recall.

I had a kilo turn into a brick and couldn't get it broken down fully in the fv. Chunks floating about. However the yeast ate through it all no bother. Summat to note in future in case you get put off by its appearance.
