Stainless steel s30 valve

First off, an apology for not brewing or coming here for a long time.
One thing that used to bother me in my kit was the brass s30 valves in my pressure barrels. They turned green and looked unhealthy. I have just found and purchased a stainless steel one. Does anyone else use these and are they ok?
Getting the books out now to look up some summer brews.

They're fine. The ones with a floating (removable) pin. I find they tend to be a bit more reliable.
