Firstly sorry I have been a little quiet on here lately but had thing going on in the background.
Myself and another brewer will be heading up the brewery and innovation roles at a brand new brewery.
It's a sweet shiny state of the art 10BBL system.

The owner has massive plans for the brewery. Had a few 3D cads drawn up for the taproom. Hoping to start production in March.
He was on This week in craft beer podcast talking about the new project.

Looks really impressive, I was drinking on the Bermondsey beer mile two weeks back and that setup looks compatible with the breweries there. Best of luck with the venture and is the brewery close to Wigan station which is one stop away from Warrington.

That you Stu?

What's the latest on this. I believe you're close now?

Going to pop in as soon as you open for a leisurely sample...

Yeah its me.
Kits arrived, floor being lad next week and then the mammoth task of piecing it all together and figuring out the glycol setup.

It's Dan W mate. Planning on heading up with Chris B as soon as I can. Think you'll be ready before May 9th? I'm heading over to Tennessee working for 3 weeks. Planning on a few roadtrips to get some breweries checked out.

Hi Dan
The kit will prob be in place and hopefully the tanks will be full. Tap room won't be ready by then. Way too much to do beforehand.
The floor and drainage alone is a huge job.
Not a bad job going go Tennessee for work.
But feel free to come up and check the kit out

Would love to mate. Happy to help with anything as well athumb..

the Tennessee thing is a bit of a pain, but I'll make the most of it. Staying only about an hour away from Knoxville and Asheville. Some quality brewery set ups around those areas.
