I tried this the other night and it was quite nice:
Eagle Brewery Sticky Toffee Pudding Ale.
I'd like to give at a go, but don't have a clue as to how they get the toffee flavour in there. Anyone tried anything similar?
 
Its a guess and just a guess but toffee flavour comes from caramellised sugar,Perhaps thats what it is.?????

Caramell is certainly responsible for the toffee flavour in Irish cream.

Of course in a beer it could be down to grain treatment or yeast,I just dont know for sure.
 
Their website describes it as a "flavoured beer" suggesting the addition of flavouring rather than clever brewing.
