Hoping for some advice .Just made a batch of Solomon Grundy med drywhite .Started out at 1.090 .Only been on the go for 5 days but is now stuck at 1.000. is there anything I can do to jog it along temp has bee a steady 26 C and it tastes sweet .tried adding a bit more nutrient and a little bit more yeast but all that happened was it went crazy for about a minute then stopped again .Also tried raising the temp to 28C and stirring but it wont budge Any help would be greatly appreciated Forgot to mention I used a "high alcohol yeast "which said it supports up to 14% sugar wise I just added 4kgs
