Hi All

Here's a calculator I put together to calculate what amount of sugar to add to a must to get an end ABV. It can be used to calculate sugar additions if your feeding a bit at a time (just record the s.g. after each feed and that would be your must S.G. the next time you come to add more in). It's also got a guide for back sweetening and a Brix to S.G. calculator.

I've uploaded an updated online version above. This now also includes an ABV calculator for combined refractometer & hydrometer readings, useful if you forgot to take a start hydrometer reading and want to know the alcohol content.
