Suggestions for burn out / disinterest

Just brewing related, if you are in a slump try and concentrate on quality, not quantity. Most of homebrewing advice on forums tends to focus on ease and simplicity, but brewing is a science and some things are better done the right way, not the easy way. That doesn't mean spending money either, you can really push forward beer quality with process rather than shiny things.
 
I hit the 'wall' several years ago and got issued pills from the Docs - would still be on them if I had not weaned myself off them SLOWLY.

I find now that getting outside as much as possible and setting yourself a target that you know you can achieve in a given timespan very therapeutic.
Gives you a sense of achievement and a boost but don't over do it, that is counter productive. Makie the effort to socialise - that can be hard but necessary.
