Sweet Cherry Saison

Started this couple of days ago. I used MJ M29 French Saison yeast. Says on the packet, ferment at 26-32 deg C.

Dream on! I have placed the FV close to a radiator in the living room. I may not be that far out, actually. But that's the best I can do. It all looks good at the moment, and smells great!

Before I added the cherries, gravity was 1009 and it was still fermenting. Now, of course, it's taken on a new lease of life and is bubbling away furiously. So yeah, I imagine a week or so until it calms down.
 
well lads n lasses,
never done a Saison, but was on my radar for years.
and specially the cherry 🍒 one.
going to be a cheap ish brew 10l small batch in Brewbucket Mini’s as all need to buy is the yeast and cherry’s.
off to look at my grains n hops stash!
thank for this as was going to do a cherry porter!
infact why not both!
