Probably like a lot of folk on here, I've started brewing after years of excuses not to, space being the main one. Anyway, my first batch - a cheap wheat beer kit from Wilko's - is sat in the corner of the kitchen gurgling away intermittently (should be ready for bottling around now). Anticipate plenty of daft questions!
