After brewing a beaverdale Shiraz over a couple of months ago. I wasn't that impressed with the finished results after 28 day. The wine though is a lot better now though about 2 months on.
I currently have a WinExpert Classic 30 Bottle Chilean Malbec brewing. Just degassed it after 18 days. I thought I would have a cheeky taste. To my surprise it's the best tasting wine I've ever brewed and it still has a couple more weeks left.
So if anyone wants a very good Malbec go for WinExpert Classic 30 Bottle Chilean Malbec
