I brewed this one yesterday evening, ingredients as follows;
12 x 1.35 litre Copella AJ/Blackberry (90/10).
1 x 1.35 litre Copella AJ/Elderflower (99/1).
3 x 1 litre Growers Harvest (Tesco) AJ from concentrate.
2 x 1 litre Belvoir Blackcurrant Cordial (50% juice).
1 x 2 litre forest fruit flavoured mineral water.
1 x 750 gms fresh/frozen blackberries boiled 15 mins. in 500 ml water.
1 x 500 ml boiled water with 6 green tea bags (allowed to cool).
5 x tsp Youngs Pectolase.
1.5 packets of sweetened cider yeast.
5 x tsp Youngs yeast nutrient.
OG 1050 (prior to yeast added).
25 litres of dark purple loveliness!
 
After 2 weeks and a day, bottled this lot into various PET and glass bottles, using basically what I could lay my hands as most of my bottles are in use, either conditioning or waiting to be consumed... :onechug:!

The FG was 1000, giving an ABV of 6.5% or thereabouts. Now sitting in the warm to carbonate.
