Made the following turbo cider today;

20 x 1 litre Sainsburys Apple Juice from concentrate.
2 x 1.35 litre Copella Apple Juice and Blackberry 100% Juice.
1 x 400ml Lowicz Strawberry Syrup.
1 x 400ml Lowicz Raspberry Syrup.
1 x kilo Tesco Strawberry, Rasberry, Blackberry frozen fruit boiled in 1 litre of water with 250g demerara sugar for about 15 minutes, then strained through a muslin cloth.
1 x litre of black tea (6) bags, allowed to cool before adding.
5 x tsp Youngs Pectolase.
OG 1054.
1 x 11g packet of sweetened Cider Yeast.
5 x tsp Youngs Yeast Nutrient.
Around 24.5 litres.

Should turn out to be a nice fruity cider!

Quick update ;
There didn't seem to be any airlock action after 24 hours, so I added a litre of forest fruit flavoured mineral water and a further half sachet of the sweetened cider yeast sprinkled on the top. Within 15 minutes the airlock was bubbling away every couple of seconds. Total brew now to just over 25 litres!

As there hasn't been any airlock activity for the last several days, I took an hydrometer reading today and it is bang on 1000. That equates to an FG of 7.15%! Very impressed with that. Had a little sip from the trial jar and tastes very fruity at the moment but it is at a very early stage.
Will be bottling tomorrow.

After 2 weeks carbonating in the warm, on Tuesday 18th August bottles transferred to the back of the garage where it is cooler and hopefully should clear in time.
