16 bottles of fruit cider bottled! Had a sneaky taste and its lovely, fresh and fruity. This will make an awesome summer cider. Second batch currently cooling and will get dumped on the yeast cake of this batch hopefully tonight.
Was thinking of doing a wine, hence my question about alcohol tolerance of cider yeast - but sod it. More cider please!
Got a little carried away - PG tips & tinned peaches (and decaf version), 3 ginger, green tea with lemon, and peppermint. All now in bottles at about 4.5%. Try them when the sun shines . Many of the tea bags stayed in throughout ferment (don't ask) so hope they'll be ok.
