Haha Going for a Cafferys clone for first brew that I will serve with nitro just trying to figure if should part carbonate with c02 then dispense with the 70/30 after that. Well I say this actually have to brew the thing first

This was what my preference was just wasn't sure if would work but you saying it has just made me now very comfortable with it
