The last rights have been said over my Historical IPA, and it will be buried tomorrow :cry: It had a short hopeful time, but since January the prognosis was looking bad, and last weekend the fateful diagnosis was made by a consultant . . . Terminal post fermentation oxidation . . . . Can't understand how really as I am pretty careful about admitting air once I have pitched the yeast . . . still I suppose if you are going to get problems its with pale beers that are stored for some time.
