    This is not a bad little book. One page dedicated to each type of hop, with each page broken down into 16 lines of info including origin, typical usage, aroma and flvour profiles, acid contents, substitutions etc.
    Not a challenging read, I read through it in about an hour, but handy for picking your next hop order.
