The Longest Time..

Just checked a DJ of Medlar which I started back in Dec '18. SG was 0.998 in March, and today, 0.994. It's therefore been 7 months fermenting, and still gently bubbling away. Would be interested to know from others what their 'Longest Time' has been. I'm learning patience through this!

I had some meads bopping away for over half a year, but that's normal.
