I bought an American ipa kit from the range, one of the nicest pints I’ve had for a long time, it’s as good as the Youngs American ipa kit I normally make but £10 cheaper at £14.99 although you need 1kg of dextrose too, they sell that & it’s only £2.49.

Hi thanks for your comment, I’m not sure what you mean by volumes of C02 ,if you mean priming sugar it half a teaspoon in each 500ml bottle. I made this kit four weeks ago and it’s nice & hoppy from the dry hopping provided in the kit.
Might be a bit too much C02 for some peoples liking but I quite like it.
 
I have just tried this after it has been bottled for 5 weeks. It’s fantastic with good head retention and body. I used the hops supplied but put 100gm of citra in as well which was recommended in another thread somewhere.

I will definitely be doing this again and hopefully it will be consistent.
