Made few batches of different t ciders now and have all come out good I always use one teaspoon per 500ml bottle but I done batch with lowictz rasbery and it really fizzy any ideas

Do you "really" as in dangerously fizzy?
If so, open into a clean FV, degas, re prime and rebottle - with less sugar.

Be sure to wear gloves, glasses and (if available) a face cover when opening.

It's not dangerously fizzy it open nice but when poured it livens up like hell.

If you use caps raise slightly to release gas and re-seal cap again.
Or if twist caps just undo to release gas and tighten up again.
Best do it when they are at room temperature.
Or you could pour into a jug first then into a glass.
