SWMBO has started drinking Strong Bow tropical cider a cider with mango and pineapple flavours that she likes and don't mind.

Question is can i make this as home-brew? I am getting good results with turbo cider my only fear adding pineapple and mango is that it will ferment pout and lose the taste?

I bottle carbonate so can't back sweeten as it will ferment.

Any ideas on how to add this without destroying the methods used in home brew cider?

Add it after main fermentation.
Google "monin mango syrup"

Ps. Don't be tempted by a cheaper alternative.. I have, and been disappointed.

Pps.
They become a store cupboard staple.. Think icecream, bakery, cocktails etc

Cheers but as I bottle carbonate cider any sugar gets used by the yeast If i stop the fermentation, then i can bottle carb and she likes fizzy cider.

Might try using as the priming sugar
