Turbo with wine yeast

I threw together a quick turbo in between ale brews today. I used the new Grower's Harvest apple juice from Tesco. I ran out of cider yeast so I used a packet of wilkos universal wine yeast i had in the shed. As anyone used this for a turbo, does it turn out ok? aunsure....

It'll be very dry I think. BTW Tescos ordinary apple juice makes a better cider than their value stuff (growers harvest).
Just my opinion of course.

I think of all of the TC I've made Tesco value has come out the best TBH.
