US 05.. attenuation..

Hello all I have an APA that's been in the fv since 4 May.
3kg pale
500g Munich
200g crystal 60
200g t.wheat
200g carapils
500g dextrose
OG 1045
So...it's been in a while and still pushing a bit of lid pressure...I'm wanting to dry hop this so took a fg just now...1005.
Am I right in thinking the low fg might be due to the dextrose? Like the expected low fg in the Festival kits?
It smells and tastes great!
It's getting the dry hop anyway...

What temp did you mash at?

I regularly get 1007 with Us-05, so with a good dose of dextrose, 1005 seems likely

I thought as much...it's taken a while...I've bunged a load of Amarillo and centennial in it.
