I don't know if Avery beers are available in the UK but they produce some very nice craft beers and are well regarded. Their stock has just risen in my book even more because they have started to post their recipes specifically for homebrewers:

That isn't every single beer they produce but it's a really nice list. They certainly didn't have to go to that effort and more often than not, breweries seem to be very tight lipped about their beers.

That is very good of them. I've never seen their beers this side of the pond but I'll certainly give them a try if I get the chance.
 
btw the IBUs and colour descriptions are there if you go and look at the beers.

That said the IBUs are nowhere near what I am getting out of qbrew for the couple that I tried punching in. I'd be interested to know what formulae they are using to calculate. Possibly I have just cocked up converting oz to grams and 19l to 23...
