Going to end up some type of US IPA/ Pale Ale but rather than try to use stocks up I’m wondering weather I should rain it in a bit. Looking to make 20 litres

malt options
5kg pale malt
1kg extra pale malt
500g munich
750g carapils
750g british cara malt ( Cole to light crystal)
1kg golden naked oats

hops 50g citra, 50g centinial bbc, 50g mosaic bbc 25 grams Amarillo lupomax. olus magnum.

yeast US05 or verdant IPA

at the moment I’m thinking of using just the pale malt and a mixture of carapils and caramaltalt, with some magnum early then all the the hops late and dry.

also thinking I might be able to get two brews out of this maybe.

edit. Also have 100g tettnang. Can’t see them fitting in though.

User upper part 2.

So i brewed a US pale from the above but still have some odds and ends left id like to use. This will be my last brew until September so i dont want to order any more grain in to augment it , although i don't mind getting some hops from CML as free delivery.

I'm thinking 10 litres of something malty

To Hand

Malt extra pale 1kg
munich 500g
carapils 500g
british caramalt 600g
golden naked coast 1 KG ( unopened so happy to keep this in stock)1kg

yeast Verdant IPA and US05

hops- tettnang and ekuanot( happy to order more hops and maybe yeast)

any ideas? an amber lager type thing perhaps?
