ive made this before and i like the malt backbone but want to push on with the hops ( this original must have the lowest amount of hops ever!) I am thinking lots of late amarrillo alongside with mandarina., maybe 50g of each added late and drop the pearle. maybe a hop stand too.

The second time i tried it, i amped up the hops and malt, keeping ratios and incresing ibu accordingly to make it bigger and bolder but was dissappointed with results. The original recipe below was much more balanced so maybe i need to change the hops completely if i want to that extra hoppiness.

4.0 kg Vienna malt
0.3 kg Carahell
0.2 kg Wheat malt
12 g Perle hops (9,8 % Alpha)
10 g Bavaria Mandarina hops (10 %)
1 packet Yeast Safale US-05

This is my only experience with Vienna, id be interested to hear what other hops people have found go well with Vienna.

all feedback welcome!!!
