I had a glass of this at a pals and had to replicate!!
It’s really fruity yet not overly sweet…
2 1/2 l vimto
20l apple juice (I used Tesco)
Couple of teaspoons of pectolase
Sachet of cml cider yeast.
bunged it all in a fv. No boiling or anything. Left for 2 weeks at 19°C
chucked it in a keg. Delish!! Comes out around 7%
