Hi guys. Just transferred around 16l of strawberry TC into my secondary tap Fv ready to bottle and tested it. Seems really bland and can't taste much if any strawberry. Used a recipe off here using 2 bottles of polish syrup. Any ideas how to bring the taste up?. I'm planning on using half a teaspoon of sugar and 2 crushed sweetener tablets per bottle for priming as advised by my local HBS. Could I bung another bottle of syrup in the Fv? Add any to bottles when priming?. Any advise appreciated. :)

I use the raspberry and two bottles will make 3 d.j's with a little apple juice (That's wine at around 11%) .
You could just stabilise when the ferment is done and add an extra bottle of syrup, should boost the flavour but that would be a still cider.

Here's the thread with my version but as said it's more of a wine than a TC:
