I won't give anything away, but I knew where it should end up and whilst the trial sample says :thumb: there's too much risk of bottle bombs, so I've decided to call in the saisonator :-o:-o:-o

I'm reasonably confident it will get it to where I want the fg to be. It is already potent but still needs to drop a fair bit. Ah well, I have a feeling it will be amazing sweet and a subtle smokyness in the trial jar. BBQ sauce beer :whistle: A second pitching of yeast is too much of a faff for me to want to repeat the experience :nah:
