I had one of those..mine was silver, black vinyl roof, Ghia, manual, plenty of power....body work was rough on it though,:(

Loved the power you could moved through town traffic in fourth (no 5 or 6 speeds then) and it would pull away no problem.

My first company car back in 1987 was a 2.0 turbo diesel Sierra. Loads to the gallon but the turbo lag made exiting junctions somewhat entertaining.

Only owned 2 fords my first car an escort Mexico and a 61 plate focus brand new, the focus was a good motor apart from the fact it had more buttons than a space shuttle nearly crashed it a few times playing with them, currant motor is a 17 plate peugeot 2008 and it may be my last it's that good

Always liked the focus Rod, I bought a 6 month old 2002 MK1.5 LX which was a game changer car...completly new toa anything I'd ever driven.,.i think they still look new nearly 20 years later! We drove to France a couple of times in it no problems, always felt fresh when we jumped out 700 miles later!. Also had a 6 month old 2008 mk2.5 Titanium which was also a fantastic motor but somehow I never liked it like the first one...it had lost its cutting edge..
