Drinking my ESB tonight, the long neck at the side of my glass is a Lion stout 8.8% after last night decided against drinking it tonight, but have knocked up a recipe to try and replicate it. Keeping it to ABV 7%.
It occurred to me, I have never seen an Australian Tropical Stout, will be calling mine Cane Cutters Stout.

Well I do finish work at 1:30...Evening? You’ll have run out again by then!
That’s it, work’s done for today and I’m coming out to play. First a pint of my Galaxy/Citra pale ale from the keg with the cooling jacket. Looking a nice pint now it’s had nearly 3 weeks of conditioning.
Wouldn't really describe it as cabbage but it's like the grassy green bits of the hops rather than the fruity oils. I've had it several times from dry hopping too long too cold.
Next one of my bought beers and I’ve already decided on three bought beers for tonight. This is the first, Anchor [Steam] Porter. 
Turbo cider...been snoozing in the hot sun..it's ice cold!
First day off....of 12!
Back to one of mine and it’s a Saison!
