Starting with a cool saison as the weather is nice and warm.

Wife is having a cold cider, pictured.

I know it's not 'tonight" but necked this straight after work. Gave it a 4.5 on Untappd. Not sure if it was because it was that good or because I was flippin' gasping.

Trying to free up some bottles so I can package a batch.
It's been a bit of a lucky dip due to a labelling oversight on my part.
First one was lovely, this one not so much

Drinking my st.peters ruby red ale the same one I said was worst kit iv done, well turns out I'm just impatient after all it's actually quite good now at 4 weeks another week or 2 and will be perfect, just a slight taste of something that needs to mellow but perfectly drinkable

I’m the same! Had to get my brown porter down me at the weekend to keg my latest Mosaic/Simcoe IPA.

Now got to finish off my stout because I have a Dunkel that needs to be kegged this next weekend.

...of course that means I need to get another stout on so I have two weeks to get this saison drunk.

Is this how it’s supposed to be? 🤔
