If you have poured it through a beer engine, yes, you will get a nitrogen like pour, nitrogen is roughly 80% of the atmosphere. Otherwise, https://time.com/5239251/bubbles-beer-sinking-stout/

No beer engine and no nitrogen, just CO2 and a King Keg, but still get bands of bubbles rolling over each other up to the head. Clearly one of the “7 wonders of the world” for brewers! (Think there might be the topic of another discussion there!)

Beer number 2 ! 7.5% could this be the vinyl detectives favourite beer ? Anyway a cracking slightly hazy ipa by Fat Orange Cat fairly bitter for a neipa but a very good bright ‘marmalade on toast’ flavour/aroma. Bring on the rugby!

Beer 3 !

Bring on the rugby .... focusing on the rugby would be advantageous at the moment ! Tasting notes to follow

Ok this beer is too crushable. Grapefruit , tropical nose & flavour from the Idaho 7 , bitterness is moderate good finish & body. Dare I have another ? 12 - 7 to Ireland .. yep let’s have another !

This is what I’m drinking - for now at least.

I bought 4 cans expecting it to be really nice, it was OK. Nice enough to finish the four cans, maybe not buy again.

A friend bought me a novelty beer, an awful concoction called sticky toffee ale. Being polite I told him it was “interesting” and really did taste of sticky toffee pudding. For Christmas he gave me a crate of it ashock1asad.sick...

Tynt Meadow English Trappist Ale, I was reading an article on this that had a quote from one of the monks that beer should be like liquid bread and that really is a good description of this, if you happen to see this available around you I can only suggest that you grab a bottle.

Also I really need to figure out why my photos keep ending up sideways

also on the subject of sticky toffee ale sounds revolting I had a salted caramel milk stout today which while drinkable as a third, well suffice it to say I needed a glass of a raspberry sour to cleanse my palette straight after.

My last glass from my keg! This was an all grain kit from the malt miller, pilsner California common? Turned out lovely and enjoyed every glass. Can’t remember the recipe? Turned out @5.6%
