A cheeky half of my English Bitter before dinner.
Points to the first to identify from my vintage bottle it was in:
1, The brewery
2, What it became after takeover (both subsequent breweries needed)
3, What the buildings and site now are.

It was the Rigden Brewery with the last takeovers being by Fremlins and then Whitbread and the building now appears to be an outlet for Whites who sell fabrics. My chosen prize will involve you nipping round the corner and getting me a mixed crate of Shepherd Neames!

I started tonight with my own AG Citra. Because it is so good I keep drinking it our of sync with earlier brews. Once onto fruity hops other stuff falls a bit flat so am now enjoying a Mad Goose which certainly has character and almost as good as mine!

QC on the 5 points bitter clone kegged a couple of weeks ago.
Great carbonation, thirst quenching and mouth watering! The all-fuggle is really working well. A bit cloudy but should drop nice and clear as the temps fall. A very promising first try!
