Well tonight is bottles I can find in the garage (homebrew) as the weather is bad and its too cold to go out to the pub in the garden each time I want a pint of keg beer.
The bottles are number but can not find the brew log so pot luck.

Likewise my garage bar Saaz pale ale. Misted up the moment I walked back through the kitchen door with it.
And windy enough to need to shelter the head (warning noted last night on here) from the winds.
I say winds, because NNW winds are funneled by neighbours buildings and then vortex across the patio at me coming back with the poured glass.
We're currently having 45 mph, Nothing compared with NI, Scotland and the NE last night, I know.

Great combination. Some hop variations can be a car crash, if you know what I mean, whilst others seem to get on so well together. Its the
same as pairing food together. You wouldn't eat mint cake with a steak for instance, yet some hops do have a minty quality.

I keep trying to do a APA but end up letting it run away into over hopping and doing a IPA.
I must find restraint and will try your recipe

Was gifted 6 of these and 6 of their red ale from the brewery and the bottle was really cold out in the garage but it pours with very little head. It’s nice enough but looks like a glass of coke. It’s only 4.3% so very

little body. I will let the next one warm up a little first. See how it pours then.
