Forgotten how much I enjoy Sake having it with Ramen noodles, smooth slightly creamy and just all round lovely. I wouldn’t drink it everyday but very pleasant, now and then.

I've had some great Sake in restaurants then come home and looked up how to brew it and decided... no, too hard, this is a brew I'll buy from the experts.
