A cheeky half of my English Bitter before dinner.
Points to the first to identify from my vintage bottle it was in:
1, The brewery
2, What it became after takeover (both subsequent breweries needed)
3, What the buildings and site now are.

I forgot to say that some of us southerners refer to dinner, your tea, as supper but others have supper later, after dinner, as the last meal if the day........except for the midnight snack....:laugh8:

Glad that's cleared it up :?:
We have that problem in our household, even though we are both Southeners.
We're about to have what I call dinner, SWMBO'D calls it Supper.
Aarrgghh.!

I probably should have waited a few weeks for mine to condition and clear further. On the left is Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, and on the right is my own attempt at a “classic” American pale ale. Mine is slightly less bitter but has more hop flavour - happy with how it’s turned out. Maris Otter, light crystal malt, cascade and CML Pia yeast

Well deserved after a few hours on the allotment.
I got talking to an Indian lady and gave her some fruit and veg...she then left and returned with two tubs of vegetable pilau she had made! I told her that I like to cook Indian food and she told me where she lived and that I must go round for some cooking lessons on proper home made curry!
Oh..the beer is possibly my last 3c pale..
