@samale export porter, this is lovely. Roasty yet hoppy with a chocolatey aftertaste. Perhaps slightly overcarbed (see pic). Nice and dark, long lasting creamy head. Nice alcohol warmth, not sure of the %. Only criticism would be that the roastiness turns a little burnt the further in you go.
Yep unfortunately I managed to over carbonate the beer. Once it settles it's a nice beer. I got a nice hit of blackcurrant of the brambling cross 👍

First proper taste of my Grey Sheep. I am so pleased with this. I'm not claiming it tastes that much like Black Sheep, but nevertheless I think it is certainly the best bitter I have brewed, and is beautifully clear. My plan was to retry the same recipe with a 'proper' liquid yeast at some point (I think Wyeast 1469 was recommended), but this is a very decent pint. :D
