HB Eisbock at 13.1%. Testing the carbonation levels a few days after re-seeding and bottling with a bottle that had a lot of sediment. I was concerned that removing the ice from the top as opposed to draining from beneath would oxygenate it and make it taste off.... it hasn't. Albeit cloudy now, this is proper German rage juice at its finest. Tastes lovely.

This is my take on Clemanade, a glass from the last part of the fermenter but yum all the same. Not carbonated yet. Clementine passion fruit, just a hint of salt and sour enough without being too much. Chuffed with this. I think it could have taken more coriander but let’s see after it’s conditioned.

EDIT - ohand I’m glad I didn’t add more Citra dry hop as it’s just there but not too much.

Time for a drink now while we wait for number 1 son to arrive. I’m celebrating my new fridge what I bought from eBay for 99p 😂

There’s quite a lot of rust and it was very mucky. I’ve done my best cleaning it. The plan was to drill a couple of holes in the door and add some taps, but not sure if it’s big enough. Looking forward to using it for more fermenting and bottle storing space though. 😬

A couple of keys will fit in that and it's perfect height for any dwarfs that may visit.
