Very nice imported Italian lager from the Co-op, after kegging a Steam Pilsener and transferring my elderflower wine to demi johns.

Another fantastic day in turkey.
Lots of effes, effes malt and a bottle of rose wine at the most picturesque spot I have ever eaten at followed by some Long Island ice tea’s and back to the villa for some white wine. Turkish wine is something of a revalation for me it’s really very very good.

Looks like an amazing place!

After three days of not very much choice of beer at Download festival, we are glad to be home and drinking this from Siren.

We had an epic time but we’re both broken now and I have the worst sunburn I’ve ever had in my life. Here are a couple of pics of the weekend. 😬

Sneaky one for me. My Dortmund Pilsner.
Should be a 2-day, but I did an extra long bike ride, and successfully changed the Micra's frontbrake pads. So I reckon it's allowed with the carb. free dinner.
Quinton Hazell's rubber bonded antisqueal shim is thicker than original so I had to swap the old ones over.
Why are motor mechanics never simple?
Still, the beer's hit the spot and made up for the grief.
