My 10% coffee imperial stout that I entered into last month's competition.
Interesting beer, bad points is the head fizzes not sure what causes this.
Great depth of flavour, coffee, chocolate with a deep roast. Nice slick mouth feel

This is my winter stock

Tonight I am drinking another IPA English Style using Aussie bittering hops, Ella, bottled on the 20th June clearing nicely. 60.3 IBU Tinseth? I will be putting a bottle of this into Monash Brew Lab for testing. But it does taste really good a lingering hop bitterness on the tongue.

Wahey!
Dry Monday is over,
tipple Tuesday is here.
From my 'Mongrel blended ales' cask. And kept only in the garage,
no refrigeration involved.
Should this really be so good when it has brews from August, October and December blended in it?
It has changed - yes, but only in a 'coming together ' kind of way.

So we’ll be drinking quite a few Brew York beers for a little while. The husband got a mystery box of 12 online and they were about £25. Not a bad deal, but obviously you get what you’re given.

The husband is having this cold ipa which was in the box, and I’m having this imperial stout which I asked him to put in the order as well. The name is brilliant on it! 😝

And now an Exmoor brewed in October.
I love this, and so does my brother.
This may be the last that's drinkable, as it 'sucked back' at the end of pouring.
Air got in, and who knows what else. This could turn quickly into ullage.
I'm definitely going to have to brew another one of these.
Such a simple recipe, but so tasty - as has been attested on here by many.
Which was the reason I had a go at brewing it.
