Hello all,
Brew day planned for tomorrow but due to being Mr Forgetful my hop store is low ...
I have lots of Maris otter,crystal,wheat,oats etc so an IPA was in mind..
Hops...
Bram X....100g
Magnum.....100g
EKG....45g
Cascade....35g
Progress...60g
Citra....120g
Apollo....25g
Hallertauer hersbrucker....65g

I did think of bitter with magnum then late additions citra and dry hop with citra and cascade but would this work?

NEIPA Ditch the bittering all together the Citra and cascade at 80° LHBS for loads more Citra to dry hop

I'm with Stigman I ditch my bittering hops nowadays most of the time to allow higher late hoppage and more flavour getting the IBU's from the late additionc. Use the citra, cascade and apollo for a American IPA or use the Bramling, EKG and progress for a english IPA
