...3.2kg of pale and 1.5 kg wheat. Got other bits...some Munich,crystal, horrified, carapils...decided to brew again tomorrow. Yeast will be Kveik. As for hops got...citra,azzaca,Columbus,cascade, Willamette, Celia,bx, hallertau h,saaz...

American wheat with all your pale and wheat? Hop with citra. Your grain bill will only be 30% wheat but within the BJCP guidelines I believe (I think an American wheat is 25%+)z

I’ll second this. Depending on how it turns out with the Kveik, you could call it a wheat or a blonde or even, possibly, a golden ale. Nice to have options after the fact...
