I bottled it yesterday, its delicious ! Got a right yeasty, wheaty flavour. Its got no bubbles, but that's as its just bottled. The brewing sugar i added yesterday will be turned into carbon dioxide by the remaining yeast, I think that's how it works.

Very happy with this one. Its my second batch and no disasters so far in my brewing journey, very pleased.

No kit required it's very easy to do .....

20-22 litres bottled or campden tablet treated water
3kg dried wheat extract (DWE)
1 mj m20 bavarian yeast
50g tettnang - boil in 4 litres for 10 mins.

sieve out hops thru fine mesh bag into fv - add 4 litres of cold water to fv
stir in dwe
add remainder of cold water topping UPTO 21 litres (don't add 21 litres - you already have 8 in the fv 😉 )
pitch yeast at around 20
wait 2 weeks.

them prime, bottle, keg whatever you want to package your beer in.

gets you 5-6% wheat beer
