When to know it’s ready

So I made a batch of TC last Wednesday and in the videos I saw etc it said it would be about a week. Just checked it and it seems ready now......obviously apart from the Hydrometer test could that be so?

Does that mean I can bottle it etc? No fermentation going on so......yeah?

I'd leave it another week, you'll find that the trub settles at the bottom and it should clear.

When I bottle it, it’ll clear and I can create some Fizz
